A major battle is won. Thank God. But the war for the minds of our children goes on.

BACKGROUND

In the California election of March 2000, California voters passed proposition 22 with a 61.4% majority. The law defined marriage as a union between one man and one woman.

In May of 2008, the California Supreme Court - by a 4 to 3 vote - declared the law passed by California voters unconstitutional and void. The Justices Ronald George, Joyce Kennard, Kathryn Werdegar and Carlos Moreno voted in favor of rescinding the law passed by the people of California in 2000. Thereby they opened up marriage to other unions as well for two or more people of any combination of gender.

This did not sit well with many California voters, especially parents, so a new proposition (Prop.8) was put on the November 4, 2008 ballots by many people concerned about the impact of gender confusion on their children. For example, on October 10, 2008, a class of first-graders were taken to City Hall in San Francisco to witness the marriage of a lesbian couple officiated by San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom. The field trip was called a “teachable moment” by the teacher.

The “yes” on Prop.8 will now change the California Constitution and again define the marriage as a union between one man and one woman. Prop.8 was passed by the voters even though the proponents were outspent by the opponents who had access to funds provided by deep-pocket homosexual advocacy groups. What does this victory mean to you as parents with great concern about the influence on their children of the activist, “in-your-face”, homosexual lobby?

ADVICE FOR PARENTS

A. Overall Strategy

Let’s not kid ourselves and believe that this narrow victory will somehow lead the leadership of our public schools (notably California Teachers Association and The Superintendent of public Schools) to stop pushing their gay agenda on our children. The homolobby may temporarily take one step back, regroup and the take two steps forward. Remember what happened after the passage of Prop.22?

Stay very vigilant. There are two paramount things to remember at the outset--facts that will guide you as you take actions with other parents to protect your child:

#1. Contrary to what the opponents of Prop.8 would have you believe, the main purpose of breaking up the time-honored institution of marriage is to introduce gender confusion in the minds of our little ones. The homosexual lobby knows all too well from their own experience that the homosexual lifestyle started with gender confusion in the childhood. They want other people to believe that some children are born with a homosexual gene and that their future sexual orientation is therefore not affected by childhood experience. Nothing could be farther from the truth. (See the scientific background on Myths 2 and 3 on this website). They therefore know that in order to increase their ranks and clout in society, the schools (especially lower level elementary classes) must be their primary recruiting territory. They want their agenda to be labeled “tolerance training”. But to them “tolerance” is a one-way street. They demand all kinds of tolerance from others for their own risky and destructive lifestyle, but they would never tolerate your parental right to teach your own children in matters of desirable sexuality.

#2. Almost all parents want their children to develop into adolescents with a heterosexual orientation. There may be isolated exceptions. Parents of children who have already embarked on the homosexual lifestyle might try to argue that the homosexual lifestyle is as desirable as the heterosexual lifestyle. Under Myth 1 on this website you can read more about the homosexual lifestyle and then draw your own conclusions.

So, if you are a parent with a natural mindset, remember these two things: 1) The war you have to join is about preventing gender confusion in your child through what is taught in the public school system and 2) you are not alone with your concern. Indeed, the vast majority of your child’s playmates’ parents share your concern. Banding together will enable you to prevail.

Now to some practical advice to all parents with children in California public schools.

1. Determine who are your friends in this war.

As already stated, most of the parents of the other students in your child’s class, will also want to prevent gender confusion in their children. Admittedly, many parents are not very knowledgeable about gender confusion being the most common origin of homosexuality (child molestation – although a stronger precursor - is the second most common factor). So you may need to provide some of your future comrades-in-arms with information (for example this website as well as many other good ones). Remember: The truthful science on this subject is on our side even though the enemy spends a lot of effort and money in disseminating intellectually dishonest and untrue information on the subject.

A good starting point may be to ask the other parents how they voted on Prop.8. But remember, even though a parent voted “No” on Prop.8 he or she will probably take your side once properly informed about the facts.

A similar situation applies to teachers and school officials (classroom teachers, principals, counselors etc.). The fact that California Teachers Association (CTA) contributed large sums to defeat Prop.8 does not mean that all teachers agree with the decision of the CTA leaders. Maybe not even the majority of them agree with their leadership. The leaders of CTA (like CNA; California Nurses Association) are often out of step with its membership.

So, you should ask teachers, principals and others in your child’s school where they stand. A good starting point is to ask how they voted on Prop.8. Once again, an answer of “No” on how they voted can indicate ignorance rather than a desire to push a homosexual agenda on your child. Find out!

2. Determine who the enemies of your children's well being are and draw the battle line.

As you canvass where your child’s teachers stand on this issue, you will of course find those who sympathize with the official CTA position. These are your enemies--and do not let yourself be intimidated by them. You and your friends in this battle (actually war) must get into “controlling” positions. By that, I mean being good friends with the teachers on your side, volunteering often, talking with other parents, becoming popular among them and getting your like-minded friends to be elected PTA respresentatives. It takes time and involvement. But if you think about the well-being of your child and that his/her future sexual orientation is at stake, it’s well worth it.

3. Conduct of the battle for the hearts and souls of our children.

Rest assured that the battle will come. The agenda of the public school system in California is driven by powerful homosexual interests drawing lots of money from homosexual billionaires like David Geffin, Tim Gills and many others. They know how to spread money around to politicians of all stripes to do their bidding with the goal of indoctrinating our young ones. It’s well documented. They know that they can’t convert adult people from hetero to homo. But children in our public schools are an entirely different matter.

Let’s take a lesson from the Boy Scouts of America. They struggled for a very long time to keep the homosexuals from becoming scout leaders. This was very important for them since the boy scouts often go camping and sleep in tents. To have homosexual men in the same tent as young, vulnerable boys was anathema to the Boy Scouts since a homosexual man is ten time more likely to be pedophile than a heterosexual man (for a discussion see Myth 1, item 4 on this website). For this stand, the Boy Scouts of America was harassed and intimidated to no end by the homolobby. But they kept the faith. They lost a lot of financial contributions from many companies who did not have the guts to support the Scouts when the homolobby told them not to give. The case went all the way to the US Supreme Court that ruled in June 2000 (case: Boy Scouts of America et al. v. Dale) that Boy Scouts had the right to prevent homosexual from becoming Scout leaders. But the victory on the Supreme Court was with the thinnest margin possible (5 to 4). This important decision is of course in danger of being overturned if a future president were to appoint more judges who are supporters or advocates of the gay agenda in America. It’s often a practice by homosexual billionaires (for example David Geffin and Tim Gills) to give huge financial support early in a political campaign (seed money) to make the future elected official beholden to their gay agenda.

Once the battle in your school is shaping up, do all you can to take the initiative. If you have done the legwork and (most importantly) educated and alerted all parents as to what is at stake, you should be able to prevail. And you may have saved many children from a lifelong lifestyle in human depravity.

You and other parents have been intimidated for all too long so now it’s your time to do the same. Be very vocal about the audacity of the homolobby to go after your children. For example, at PTA-Teachers meeting you could put up a poster reading:

PTA to CTA’s homosexual agenda:

Keep your hands off our children!!

When teacher Liz Jaroslow on October 13 had the audacity to bring her first-graders to have a “teachable moment,” witnessing a lesbian wedding officiated by S.F. mayor Gavin Newsom, she blatantly stated: “it’s certainly an issue I would be willing to put my job on the line for”. These kinds of “in-your-face” homo indoctrinators are the kind of people you need to get rid of as teachers of your children. Be assertive. Make sure such teachers and school officials understand that this kind of indoctrination and recruiting will be done over your dead body. You must realize that your enemies have very callous disregard for the well-being of your children.

There are, of course, thousands of ways you can act to protect your children. Be resourceful, alert and proactive at all times. For example, make sure that concerned parents who represent your viewpoint are in constant contact with the principals and School Board in your School District as to what is the upcoming curriculum on this sensitive issue and what will be taught by whom. Be kind and likable but when push comes to shove, be firm. With a united parental front you cannot be run over. If you all have the attitude that teaching virtues of homosexuality in any way shape or form will be done over you dead bodies, they will back down. They will try their usual tricks -- that it’s all about tolerance and sensitivity training -- but don’t go for it. Whatever they teach on the subject must have the underlying tone that homosexuality is unnatural, risky behavior that endangers the health of people caught in the depraved lifestyle. Besides, the cost to society is enormous when this kind of lifestyle becomes prevalent.

B. Specific Actions

1. School Boards

Needless to say, individual school districts have a large say over detailed policy and curriculum for schools within their own district even though there are certain overall directives coming from Sacramento.

So, how do you get men and women with your own value system on your School Board? Answer: Networking and Planning! Long before actual elections to your school board, meet with likeminded and concerned parents and leaders from other classes and schools in your school district.

The goal is of course to keep the “likeminded” existing school board members in office and kick out your enemies in the next election. So, as a starter you need to find out the value system of existing school board members. A good starter is to ask each existing school board member how he/she voted on Prop.8. On such an important issue as Prop.8 - on which the California Teachers Association (CTA) spent a whopping $1 million to defeat the measure - all officials and politicians involved with our schools should have an obligation to declare to the electorate where they stand.

When is come to selecting a new candidate to your school board that you can wholeheartedly support, try to put your own possible ambitions aside so there will be no “internal competition”. Our enemies know well how to find their candidate that they will unite behind and pump a lot of money into the campaign of this one anointed representative of their values. We need to be equally smart and not spend time and resources on competing candidates who may both (or all) be worthy of our votes.

2. Boycotts

Our enemies are very good at intimidating people and businesses that do not support their homo agenda. This takes many different expressions. In my home country (Sweden) the expressions have become quite extreme as you can read on other places on this website.

Frequently they are able to close down businesses run by their opponents by intimidation of the owner or his clients. Their mere threats are sufficient for most people to cave in. Their activities often borders to racketeering. The police in Sweden are of little help (see top menu bar titled “Homolobby or Homomaffia?” on the home page of this website). They march under their own police banner in the sleazy gay day parade in Stockholm.

And even the Swedish Supreme Court is equally corrupt (see first item on side menu on the home page of this website).

As for the situation here in California on this issue, here is a very good link titled “The Intimidation of Same Sex Advocates” with Maggie Gallagher, Glen Stanton & Jim Garlow. It’s from the website of http://www.protectmarriageca.com/ that together with http://www.protectmarriage.com/ gives you a wealth of helpful information.

As adherents to ethical methods and the truth, you should abstain from some of the activities employed by your enemies. But what you could and should do is to boycott when it’s likely to have desired results. For example:

a. You could suggest to the teachers with whom you come in contact that they withdraw their financial contributions to CTA’s homo agenda.

b. You could “say no” to PG&E that contributed $250,000 to oppose Prop.8 (to favor a “no” vote on Prop.8). One has to wonder what delivery of gas and electricity to Californians has to do with support or opposition of gay marriage. The only plausible answer is that PG&E is headquartered in San Francisco. As such executives and board members of PG&E become more vulnerable to intimidation and blackmail should they have any skeleton in their closets they do not want to become public.

So what can you do to say no to PG&E? Do what I did. I went to http://notopge.com/. Once there you click on either “Residential Service Page” or “Church or Business Service Page” and you will find two easy forms to fill out and fax or mail to Tiger Inc. at the given fax number or address. It’s so easy and not only do you send a message to PG&E but you will also save some money. You really should do this!

Another way is to buy one share of PG&E and then show up at their AGM (Annual General Meeting) and (as an investor) you stand up and make a big stink about the incredible action by PG&E in supporting a “no” on Prop.8

c. Other major supporters of a “No” on Prop.8 included:

Apple

Ellen De Generes

Mc Donald's

Both of the major presidential candidates supported Prop.8. Both Obama and McCain appeared on August 16,2008 at an event at Rick Warren’s mega church (Saddleback Church in Lake Forrest). Warren asked the same question to both of them: “Define Marriage!”

This was Obama's response:

I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman. Now for me as a Christian it’s also a sacred union. God is in the mix…. I am not somebody who promotes same sex marriage but I do believe in civil unions.”

And this was McCain’s response:

A union between man and woman — between one man and one woman. That’s my definition of marriage...[and on the subject of 4 CA Supreme Court Justices overturning Prop.22] “I believe they were wrong. And I strongly support preserving the unique status of marriage between man and woman.

Based on these statements from Obama and McCain, Rick Warren (understandably) could put together a video clip – which during the fall campaigns were sent to most churches in California to be played to congregations – where Warren told congregations that both candidates were in support of Prop.8

It has been alleged that a couple of days before the election on November 4 – when one of the candidates felt confident that the polls showed him as the winner – he changed his opinion and appeared with San Francisco’s Dianne Feinstein to decry Prop.8 and declare that he no longer supported it. But I’m not certain if that’s so. And I don’t want to believe it.

3. Activist judges turned legislators

In March 2000, no Californian could imagine that only 8 short years later, 4 activist judges on the California Supreme Court (of a total of 7 judges) would turn legislators and rescind the law passed by a large majority of the people. Who do these judges believe they are? They must know that the Constitution is there for the benefit of the people. In 2000 no Californian believed that the Constitution, enacted for the benefit of the people, would prevent them from adopting a law like they did. But 4 judges saw it fit to interpret the constitution in a way that enabled them to impose their own opinion on the people. Their 3 fellow justices on the court – independent of their personal opinions on gay marriage – never would interpret the constitution as giving them a right to overturn the law passed by the people.

The purported reasoning is that the 4 judges felt the constitution is meant to protect minority groups from abuse and denial of certain “civil rights” granted to all citizens. But when did it become a civil right to marry someone of the same gender? By the same token, isn’t it a civil right to marry an animal should you so desire? Isn’t it a civil right to marry two or more people of any gender?

Once a justice turns into a de facto legislator he ought to be subject to the same game rules as other politicians. He needs to defend his action in the public square and not hide behind a pretense of being impartially above the fray. Here are the names of these justices:

Ronald George

Joyce Kennard

Kathryn Werdegar

Carlos Moreno

They all need to explain themselves to the people of California. And above all, they need to be subject to the same re-election rules as any politician. We, as the people of California, have the option to recall these four Supreme Court justices. For democracy to work as intended, that is what needs to be done. Recall of California Supreme Court justices have been done before and needs to be done again. That’s the only way for other justices in our state and indeed in our country to learn the consequences of attempting to “legislate from the bench”.

3. Closing Comments

If you live in an area of California where a majority of parents are concerned about the future sexual orientation of their children (e.g. many suburban and countryside schools) the ability of CTA to impose their homo agenda on your child will be minimized if you take proper preventive action. This is the case in vast stretches of California consisting of decent people and School District that would never put up with the sleaze that plagues areas like San Francisco. But watch out! Attempts will be made to extend the homo agenda to these school districts as well. Again under the pretense of “tolerance sensitivity training” for your children.

However, in the inner cities there are many children without a mom and/or a dad who care for them. Broken homes and drug addiction all too often plagues these areas. It’s so sad that these little children, the most vulnerable of them all, are ripe targets for the homosexual agenda and many are likely to end up in a lifelong lifestyle of human depravity. Let’s do what we can to help them as well.
